Choosing from Love (Instead of Fear)! This week's discussion is about crafting and building your relationships in a way that nurtures what you do want, instead of limiting what you don't want. With matters of the heart, it’s common to fall into the trap of defensiveness and choosing from fear as a way to protect yourself (especially if polyamory is a new practice or if you have had bad experiences in past relationships). We invite you to practice choosing from love and experience the freedom that clear agreements and healthy boundaries can create.
