Been at this a while now, and I've always felt kinda unsure of what I want. I've tried more causal hook ups and didn't like the lack of intimacy/emotions, but poly dating and the responsibilities that come with it have been stressful and just too much.

So I find myself somewhere in the middle. If I'm gonna be involved with someone other then my NP, I feel like I want intimacy but not nesseisary the relationship, or at least the relationship responsibilities.

Is that fucked up to want one but not the other. I'm also not sure how to express that to new potential partners.

I guess ideally I'm looking for someone to have an ongoing fwb situation, but a real fwb situation where there is a space to care about each other but not have the typical dating responsibilities.
