Looking for advice/"what needs to happen"

the characters: I (me), A (FWB-ish, more later), B (her BF), C (their other mate) -

A B and C are in the same country, used to have an open relationship for over 2 years

I've Erotic Role Played with A for about a month - no intent on us ever being more than friends with ERP benefits

B decided he's not comfortable with A having sex with or erping outside their polycule - originally the wordage was 'no erping unless i talk to them and say yes' but despite being asked repeatedly he hasn't said yes and he confessed he doesn't think he'll say yes in the near future
