Question to anyone that's experienced. My wife and I have started doing ENM / Poly dating separately. She is a very social person and I found myself on the shy side of things. She has met someone and I have tried and tried but cant seem to get someone to like me back or find anyone that might have even the slightest interest in me. That messes with my mental state. So the downfall to that is that I am jealous that she has someone even to talk to and im still out here looking for that needle in a haystack. Im not wanting someone to just have sex with, im wanting a relationship and all that comes with it. How can I keep my "FOMO" in check? How to stop getting jealous? Heck...how to even talk to someone you might see at the store? What is your most successful dating app?

I find that Im at a loss and wont find someone to date and she will get all the guys. Heck the guy she is talking to, she found out that his wife is interested in her too but still not me. I dont want to be depressed about this but the lack of any reply is really dragging me down that rabbit hole.
