How to bring up your sexual needs ?

So I entered a LTR (they have been together 5 years) a few months ago and the dynamics are not what I thought they were. Our sex at first was fun and new for me but now the dynamics just don’t appeal to me the same way.
We’ve been together 6 months and I’m very unsatisfied in our sex life. I feel like I give much more than I receive and I don’t know how to ask for more.
I’m starting to think I want to seek out other sexual partners since my needs aren’t being met but I know this will hurt feelings.
Anyways, how do I bring up the topic of our sexlife and explain how i am unsatisfied?
