So, can someone explain to me the cons of the Healthcare Act?

Explain it to me like I am 5 please. I have been keeping up with the Act from the news and Reddit, of course. I am just having a hard time understanding why people are up in arms with this thing. Any help on the topic will be greatly appreciated.
