Shareholders (not the Board (edit: welll... the board holds some shares, but not most of them :) ) ) voted to re-instate his one-time $45B pay package from 2018.
It wasn't legally binding. There is a judge in Delaware considering whether it has any bearing on her previous ruling (that they need to re-do the package).
