Flashlight Recommendations

Hello all
Currently I'm running a Klarus XT11GT flashlight for work and its slowly dying and needs replacement.
Are there any of a better brand/quality that can be recommended.
Preferably ones that can be fixed onto a duty belt that come with either a holster/pouch and rechargable.
