How do police officers understand radio traffic so well
Post Body
So I've noticed that when I see a police officer, the radio they have on them is always saying something. They usually turn it down or whatever, but there is dispatch voice always talking. So, how does a police officer know a call or something is meant for them, and how do you understand radio traffic when a lot of times it comes across as ambiguous or confusing.
