Insane Headaches after OC Spray

I recently was hit with OC Spray as part of my LE training. Within seconds I had an intense headache that felt like my brain was being crushed. It subsided but mildly remained for the next day. Three days later, I have had reoccurring mild headaches and had one crazy, intense headache a couple of hours ago.
Is this normal after OC Spray? Should I be concerned?
