Hi everyone! I am very new to pole, I just had my first class tonight! I really enjoyed it and I am aiming to go around once a week, but does anyone have any suggestions of some exercises I can do either at home or in the gym (not on the pole) that can help me build strength in the right places so I can be working that pole in no time!
