So Iโm a newbie and just started my pole journey, Iโve been to 5 classes total now. I work a pretty physical job so I have decent upper body and core strength. I can already do an invert which I am THRILLED about, but everything else is definitely a work in progress.
I am wanting to support my pole journey with weight lifting, but was wondering if thereโs any specific exercises that people have found to be beneficial for pole?? Any other advice for newbies is also welcomed and appreciated! ๐
