So Iโ€™m a newbie and just started my pole journey, Iโ€™ve been to 5 classes total now. I work a pretty physical job so I have decent upper body and core strength. I can already do an invert which I am THRILLED about, but everything else is definitely a work in progress.

I am wanting to support my pole journey with weight lifting, but was wondering if thereโ€™s any specific exercises that people have found to be beneficial for pole?? Any other advice for newbies is also welcomed and appreciated! ๐Ÿ˜
