Student seeking my Polish Heritage

I am taking a course on intercultural communications and I realize I do not identify with any large culture other than American (born & raised) I know from taking an Ancestry 23&me DNA test that I am half Polish.

I really am interested in learning more about my ancestor’s culture- specifically religious ideologies, traditions, and beliefs. My family that is Polish is all Catholic but that sort of got lost on my generation.

Is there any old tales, fables, mystical type beliefs, superstitions or similar information anyone would could to share?? Anything would be helpful and VERY MUCH appreciated!

Also, how can I express my Polish pride??
