I love this game, been playing it for a while, have most achievements and half the ribbons. But man i fucking hate the seeded rng in this game, it's turned from a rogue like to a strategy based nightmare where every encounter can be mapped out with enough retries. While i do find this aspect somewhat enjoyable as finding the correct sequence can be fun when you have a proper team, it's frustratingly agonizing when the rng decides to cuck you over nonstop when trying to catch mons. Whether you catch or not... is seeded, not random. Catch rates feel very arbitrary since it's based on the seed and order of your moves, meaning that rogue balls are as useless as a pokeball when the game decides so. So many weird design choices like this just push me from this amazing game
