I gave my Flygon a Focus Band going into the final rival fight with Ivy. Pretty normal opening. She switches her starter for her Swellow while I set up on Dragon Dance. Then something interesting happens. I beat the Swellow, Rayquaza comes out, I bring it down to 2/4 with Dragon Claw, it hits me with Outrage. One HP left. Clutch. I hit it with another Dragon Claw, bring it down to 1/4, and Rayquaza hits me again with Outrage. Again, Focus Band comes in clutch. 1 HP left. Again, clutch. I hit it one last time, defeat it, and think, "Cool, that was super clutch, Flygon, it's over now." Veluzza comes out. I hit it, it's left on red, Veluzza hits me. Focus Band activates AGAIN. I continue to sweep Ivy's ENTIRE TEAM.
