Trying to download Poker Stars in PA but it puts me in a loop!

Hello everyone I am trying to join Poker Stars.
- I download the desktop app from the website
- I click join in the app
- It prompts me with this IMAGE
- Repeat back to 1
So it prompts me to download again and when I do it does the same loop over and over!
If anyone can help me I would appreciate it. I can't join from the website either.
If anyone can help me please let me know.
