So, I just loaded a hundred on the website. I tried to login to the poker side of the website and it said I am not a user. I called customer service and was told the “hold time is 48 hours for new poker player, but go ahead and enjoy our casino and sports betting.” I asked why am I able to use your casino but not play poker. She then said that “we haven’t charged your card yet so it is a courtesy” I then asked what happens if I lose $50 in the casino and they decline me playing poker? She said “I have no idea” then put me on hold.
Did I just waste $100?
