Is this a bad jam? Trying not to be results oriented

Playing 1/2 at TCH:S, 8 handed, $300 effective

Hero has pocket queens in CO

UTG 1 opens to 15, UTG 2 calls

Hero 3 bets to 65, UTG 1 (Villain) calls and UTG 2 folds, heads up to the flop

Flop comes 874 rainbow, Villain checks and hero bets 60 (in hindsight I prolly could’ve gone larger here)

Villain check raises to 155, hero jams for rest of his stack (80 on top), villain calls.

At the time I wasn’t sure if this was a bad jam: I can mostly rule out AA and KK since villain didn’t not 4 bet, however there are set combos here that the villain can easily have. At the same time, the check raise could be done as a semi-bluff with T9 with a backdoor flush draw. So basically: I’m losing to sets and 65, but beating JJ, TT, 99, and some combos of semi-bluffs that could’ve played this way.

We chose to run it twice: villain showed 89hh and binked an 8 on the first runout, second runout was clean so we chop.
