Another hand review, please help!

Really stuck on this 1!
3 stacks involved, 12 players left and top 8 paid.
BB has 26BB, LJ has us both covered, HJ (me) has 54BB (in about 6th place).
LJ Min Raises, I call from HJ with QJhh. BB calls (pot 7 BB)
Flop 4s Th Kh
BB donks all in for 24BB. LJ CALLS!
I have about 52BB in my stack, but the pot is already 55.
I assume shoving here has 0 fold equity vs the LJ. I have something like 50% chase of hitting my draw right?
I assume this is a fold or shove spot, and leaning heavily towards a fold?
