LF: Reverse EV training FT: Shiny Bulbasaur, Apriballs, Name It

Looking for someone to strip the EVs off my Cobalion using EV killing berries, then retrain it. Cobalion is currently at 252 HP / 61 Def / 195 Special Attack and I want it at around 22 HP / 244 Attack / 242 Speed.

What I have to offer: apriball of your choice or a shiny Bulbasaur I caught in GO. Bulbasaur's ID number is 244862 and her original trainer is Porsche (me).

If that doesn't seem reasonable make me an offer and I'll see what I can do!

Reminder you must have poke ball flair or higher to trade shinies.
