There have been multiple reports across r/pokemongo and r/SilphRoad that the PoGo seems to be tracking distance more accurately, as people have said there eggs have been getting more distance than they usually do along straight or commonly walked pathways.
Since this subreddit is more about the technical and programming side of the game, I was wondering if you would be able to help me figure it out.
My initial hypothese right now, is that he Pokémon Go Plus interacts with the server directly, and since it is connected directly to your phone, you benefit from having a "direct connection" to the server as a byproduct of the PoGo .
