Yet another "iS tHiS rArE?" post, but I hatched 2 eggs at the same time and both came up shiny.

Does that always happen? (multiple hatches are either shiny or not but not mixed?)
What I mean if the shiny chance goes through during a hatch does that affect all the eggs that are hatching at the same time, or is this just a massive coincidence?
