I hosted two Mega Latias raids yesterday through poke genie app, I used remote raid pass myself from down the street. App worked perfectly as normal creating a lobby for users to join me, added them all as friends, started raid, and invited them all to join. Everyone joined, but as the timer went from 10 seconds to 0 everyone on the lobby started disappearing until finally the raid started and I was the only one fighting. Of course I quit the raid because there's absolutely no chance of winning solo. I then created a second lobby through app, made 5 new friends, got raid ready, and once again right before the raid started all friends disappeared and I was the only one fighting. Needless to say I did not yet any Latias yesterday. I contacted support but the only solution they could give me was a new remote raid pass, and no information why the entire lobby disappeared before raid start. Has this happened to anyone else, or know why it happened?
