Am I softbanned?

Hey.
I encountered something strange since 18 hours. I can still catch pokemon completly fine, they are not fleeing but I don't receive any items from the pokestops. I just get the "try again later" message.
Everything else however works completly fine. I thought if it is a softban, it would work again after 2 hours, but it didn't.
I also tried to reinstall the app.
Any ideas?
