Gible Spawn Increase?

I know this sounds like a humble brag, but has anyone noticed an uptick in Gible spawns the last few days? Up until Sunday, I had only ever caught 1 Gible, but then in the last few days I've caught 5 in my neighbourhood at stops, including a double spawn at the same stop.
