I am down to five I need that aren't regionals or legendaries – Ampharos, Blissey, Porygon2, Unown, and Hitmontop. I'm walking Flaafy/using raid candy, I have the only Chansey I've ever seen to walk/candy after that, Porygon got moved to stupid 10k last I heard but I only need 12ish candies, Unown is just up to random luck, and then there's Hitmontop, who – while in a more common egg than the others – is entirely a crapshoot, with 1-in-3 chances even if you hatch a Tyrogue.
It's so disheartening.

Sidenote, I've been playing since the game started pretty continuously, and only got my first Upgrade for Porygon last week. Thought that was weird how long that took – but now just maybe one more hatch and I'll have him.
