Smeargle Random Charge Moves?

I'm not sure if this is a known glitch or not but my last two Smeargles (caught within 24 hours of one another) have random charge moves. My buddy is a Smack Down Tyranitar with Brutal Swing as the first charge move and Stone Edge as the second move.
The first Smeargle I caught had Poison Fang while the second one had Techno Blast. I don't know of any Pokemon that have these move combinations so I'm wondering if anyone else has any unique Smeargles that shouldn't exist.
