Did Tags for Mons Just Get Eliminated?

I just caught a perfect mankey and I wanted to tag it and I realized the option in the side setting bar was gone. Also the column on the left when you open your Pokémon has disappeared and you can’t search by the name of a tag. Is this a glitch or is anyone else experiencing this?
