Weird sign in problem

So ive been having this problem seen in the screenshots. I launch the game no matter if on wifi or data it says there was a problem. The interesting thing is that if i restart my phone and launch pokemon go it works just fine. ONCE. when it gets cleared from the memory and i relaunch i end up here again. Anyone got an idea why is this happening?
