Is there a way to get another name change?

As the title asks, I was wondering if there is a way I can get one more name change? I guess mine violated the rules and now it's just Trainer with a bunch of numbers. Will support help at all if I contact them? I don't really want to start a new account, but I also hate just being known as trainer.
