I ask because I just ran into a 3x swablu stuffel deck and it beat most of my Pokemon. If it weren’t for my moongeist beam and cyclone kick he would have time up winned me.

Then I faced 3x altaria plus 1 swablu and zapdos and kyurem.... They straight up destroyed me!!! The altaria swablu altaria buffed zapdos to a massive 140 attack and zapdos to a 130! Even when my blaziken took out kyurem I got froze..

And altaria hits for a gigantic 140-190 too... how the hell do you beat that????

The swablu fair enough alone was easy.. but that’s what brings me to the title question

With 3x swablu and altaria Your swablu would hit 60 plus another 60 for their damage nerfs plus 30 from altaria buffs that’s up to 130 (100 for lower attack hit)

Then altaria.... it’s 70 plus 60 plus 30... that’s 160 as base damage! Ad dragon dance and you’re looking at 210! It just seems so overpowered not to be using. especially for whales.

Add in some mega evos in there and a couple max revive and I don’t see how you could really lose
