Keeping a sealed etb worth it ?

Hello guys, i collect pokemon card again for some weeks after not buying any for 12 years. I told my sister if she got good scholar results i'll get her a good box 😁. I thought of the new S&V ETB (being the newest one) and wondered if it would be valuable (after some years of course) to keep a second ETB sealed. If by any chance i'll take another one and for even lower chance we don't open it right after the first etb, do you know how much the value of those box go ? I mean something like 55 € today and maybe 100€ € in 3 years ?
