So my neighbor found out that my daughter (8) likes Pokémon, and as he’s opening his packs he sets aside cards he has 3-4 multiples of puts them in a sleeve and prices them out on an app he has (price charting) then gives them to me… Pokémon was a few years after my time so I never got into it even though i did/do play the Pokémon Go game occasionally…
Few questions: 1. What’s the best way to store them? 2. What’s the best way to gauge their value? 3. Is it worth sending them away to get graded? 4. Why are some x/247 or x/165 or x/xxx, hell some are not even numbered… I’m assuming these are all different sets… which leads me to: 5. how do I organize them? 6. what don’t I know that I should know? Oh and 7. Is there an app or something that I can track our collection with?
