Hello everyone, my name is Craft and I run the United Pokemaniacs League or UPL, a Pokemon Draft League. We recently finished our 9th season of our battle league and are now starting preparations for Season 10.

For those who do not know what a Pokemon League is, but are interested: It is where a number of coaches battle each other over a period of time. Some examples on YouTube include the WBE, UCL, and GBA.

Here is some information about the UPL:

• We are Discord based (all talking is done on Discord)
• Battling is done on Showdown (it is easier for everyone that way)
• We are looking to have 16 coaches this season
• Current plan is to start in late-February (so coaches would be announced/selected within the next 2 weeks or so)
• We have a point based draft
• We are doing National Dex w/ Megas.
• Z-Moves, Dynamax, and GMax is banned
• Great, helpful, and active community with events going on from time to time (currently we have a gym challenge and also every couple weeks or so I try to have some community event whether it be skribbl or some other sort of game)
• Lots of other info that would make this post way too long :P
