Another Silver Playthrough..... Aww s**t, here we go again.

So I've decided to start yet another Pokemon Silver playthrough, I've lost count how many I've done now so long ago. This time I've decided to go with a build of Pokemon found only between New Bark Town and Union Cave To my surprise I can actually still build a solid team. I've got this so far but not sure if there is a better option than Gastly, otherwise I think the build is solid, any feedback appreciated.
