For me I’ll see if I can go in order please note this is my opinion we all have our own opinions of other things we may like or not like.

Gen 1: To me gen 1 is unplayable now hear me out. A lot of the mechanics in gen 1 just feel a little off. I get it’s the first game in the series and whatnot it’s still a fun game to play and speed though. It’s just the bugs, glitches, mechanics makes some of the game can’t be playable with moves like warp, fire spin, that just keeps on going and going. Critical hits were bassed off speed making Meowth popular in the original games. If I were to play though the Kanto games I’ll play the FireRed LeafGreen remakes which I recommend. Sorry if I upset a lot of you genwunner or gen one fans.

Gen 2: A couple of gen 2 Pokémon not in Jhoto like how Houndour is in Kanto. The gym leaders use a couple of Kanto Pokémon in they lineup Jasmine could used a Skarmory, and Morty could use a Houndoom like I mentioned I know he’s a fire/dark type but he could fit in his team.

Gen 3: I grew up with gen 3 which gives me a lot of memories. In which gen 3 has a special place in my heart it’s one of my favorite games and gens. I don’t know if I can think of anything that I don’t like about this gen (unless I do and I edit this post.))

Gen 4: This generation is perfect one of my favorite stories and favorite evil team. Team Galactic I love the plot of Platinum as platinum adds more story with Cyrus and Looker. The only bad thing about gen 4 is the speed. The walking speed, text speed, battle speed, surf speed, hp bar speed. Was slow in the Diamond and Pearl.

Gen 5: One of the best stories from a Pokémon game as gen 5 is a story bassed game. A lot of neat things came in this generation like how Tms are reusable. I think the only thing I dislike about this gen is that some of the good tms are post game in the first Black and White. (Earthquake, Flamethrower, Psychic.)

Gen 6: I do not like the roller skates in X and Y. It’s probably because I’m use to the running shows. I did find a way to use the circle pad just equip the drowning machine.

And last but not least gen 7 as I have yet to played Sword and Shield as I don’t have a switch. I don’t like the hand holding Sun, Moon, ultra Sun, Ultra Moon has. And this game has a lot of hand holding in it. Yes I get it’s a story bassed game and whatnot. Early in the game you go to town with Lillie then meet up with Hau and defeat some team Skull goons, then the road to the next route opens.
