Possibly Resealed Champions Path ETB

So I purchased this “factory sealed” etb from an eBay user with a 100% positive feedback rating. I began to open the box and noticed the damage on the divider which raised some flags. Then I started looking more at the card packs and they appear to have possibly be resealed on the left side. What do y’all think?link to pics of the cards
