Obviously the champion is best but in Generation 2 I find it hard to believe that Will the Psychic member is worse than Koga (Poison) or Bruno (Fighting/Ground). Or That bruno loses to Karen the Dark Member. If I were to put it in order of typing strengths I think it would be Koga, Karen, Bruno, Will. Koga most likely loses to the other members, weak to ground and psychic. Karen, although having a major type advantage to Will, loses to Bruno, and neutral with Koga. Bruno is strong against his 2 prior members. Will beats Koga and Bruno with ease but would struggle against Karen due to no psychic stab. I feel he would win due to 2 of Karen pokemon being Poison and weak to psychic.
