You can only have the same starter pokemon to start every generation games, who would it be & why?

Let's just say you are given a chance to play all 7 generation games starting with Red/Blue and you can only choose one among the 21 starter pokemon to start every games.
- They can't be removed from your team.
- They are resetted to level 5 every start of a game.
Who would you pick guys? And who do you think would have the most advantage? I wanna hear your thoughts.
