So, the new Pokémon in Sun and Moon, Toxapex, is going to be used in a deadly way.
- With Toxapex's new ability, Merciless (Makes all moves crit if the target is poisoned), you could run Toxapex as a sweeping staller. Run EVs in SpA (252) Def (129), and SpD (129) with the moves Toxic, Venoshock, Baneful Shield, and Recover. As for an item, I'm not sure. Any ideas?
