So my first ever game was Pokemon Black. My first ever starter was Oshawott. At this time i was fairly new to the game so i just stuck with him. I leveled him up through all the gyms to dewott and then finally samurott. He is literally my favorite and first pokemon ever. He is also my first ever Lvl. 100. I then bought black 2 and i brought Samurott over. But then something terrible happened. I was over at my cousins and he broke my game card. Sadly my samurott was in there. So i was wondering if i could Poke generate him with his exact moves and everything. I will set his IV's and EV's to 0 if you want. I just want my best friend back. So could i do it.

TL;DR: My first pokemon got deleted and i want to pokegenerate him.
