What Pokémon pair would you like to see have a 3rd stage evo? And what Pokémon pair do you think couldve used a middle evo? And why? I’ll go first for any confusion

I would like to say and I’ve been saying this forever is that smoochum/jynx DESERVES a 3rd stage because we have electavire and magmortar where is the kissing 3rd? Then I believe that magikarp/gyrados could’ve used a middle stage-have gyrados evolving more like level 40 and middle stage at 20. I picture like an elongated magikarp.
