so i have a problem on pokemmo and idk why my friend dasher can make a character in kanto but me and my other friend kegs cant like its not an option but its apparently an option for him we have all of the roms how do i go about getting to kanto even in slateport its not an option only the ishu region and the other region from white/black please someone help if you can. is it they simply removed it as an option or is there a way to go or is it impossible.

EDIT:thank you to everyone that helped but someone said it may be a language thing and i thought why not try it so i did and isshu is aperently kanto and tho is unova i guess thank you so much to everyone who helped me out :)
