How do I solve this?

I’m on IOS, I’m trying to add a mod, so I could see gen 5 walking sprites. The thing is it is literally not letting me add the mod, it does nothing. It acts as if I wasn’t touching anything. I did this before, but deleted the game a long ago because I stopped playing, but now that I came back I can’t upload any mod whatsoever. Any tips or recommendations will be highly appreciated it. I also wanna add I had the same issue uploading the rooms, but it got magically solved.
