Sexist comments in this game

I want to ask if mods have the responsibility to remove erotic / sexist comments from the public chat.

There are a lot of comments like that in my language, and guys are pretending to be girls in trading channel to sell stuffs, even providing chat service.

Idk if there are mods in trading channel, but the mods in global chat are definitely ignoring it. I mostly use global channel or local channel for advice, and this is really disturbing.

I've already reported. Just don't know why the environment in this game is like this.
