I am stuck on the Volkner post game double battle , tried to beat him and Flynn multiple times but I get one shot almost every time.

They seem To have an answer for everything I throw at them: outspeed my Gyarados, ice coverage for Ground types, Fighting for Rock, Psychi on both Magmortar and Elective, held items for Earthquake, plus they focus me when I have full hp and they always have coverage for ko Barrys mons.

Im 58-68 in lvl and he has 58 lvl mons.

What should I do to beat them? I just wanna complete Sinnoh, unlock everything and move on. Tried this like 6 times.
