Hi folks.

I recently heard about PokeMMO and I'm excited to play through for the first time. I can't believe this game was never on my radar! I checked out some YouTube content, to let me know what to expect. So now I'm all downloaded, registered, and ready to go. As a new player, I have one major question, aimed at the veterans of this game...

It was hard to tell from what I've seen so far just how active a community this game has. I understand the game is several years old now so I hope it has a healthy player base even after all this time. My aim is to play through each region and take it the vanilla story experience (been a few years since I played the official titles), and then once I've done that, perhaps try putting some competitive teams together for some PvP. Am I going to be disappointed with the PvP aspect of PokeMMO?
