Hey so this is my first ever poem in the lines below I can’t post the pic here but I made a pic that I think looks all nice and if y’all think it’s any good I’ll post it on social media. But yeah lmk what you think be honest but don’t be too harsh. Here it is:

They say it gets better that’s what we’re told

But after I’ve tried everything nothing has changed

Well actually a lot has changed,

My parents spent a lot of money,

My friends and family don’t worry anymore,

And maybe I was able to get a little more work done

But that leaves one thing unchanged

I’m still the same broken person who has tried everything to get better

Still sitting here promising myself it’ll get better,

But after all, it'll get better someday, right?
