For those looking to educate themselves on race and racism in light of recent events, Scene on Radio is a great podcast that you should listen to - especially their series Seeing White from a few years back, which is a 14 part series on the historical construction of whiteness in the US. There's also series on men/masculinity, on lighter topics (like sports in society), and a new season that just came out in the last few months about the history of democracy (and it's absence) in US history. It's from Duke University's Center for Documentary Studies and is well produced, well researched, and thoughtfully narrated.
