Looking for an Internet voicemail service with quality files

I'm looking for a voicemail service to record caller's messages for playback in each episode. I've looked at the usual services for podcasts -- Kall8, Grasshopper, etc. -- but not sure about the quality of the files they provide. Anyone using a service they like and can confirm you're able to download usable files?

Additionally, if anyone has opinions on the minimum quality I should be looking for regardless of the service, that would also be a help. So far I've tried FreedomVoice and the service is pretty good for the price but the 24 kHz MP3s I'm able to download seem too poor quality to use.
